That is my reading of the news, not a reported result.
The detail I would track is Greer's statement that chip export controls stayed outside the talks. I would not plan hardware or software purchases around a thaw in the chip rivalry. My advice follows this publication's usual position: most small and mid-sized businesses gain more by applying AI capabilities that proved themselves last quarter than by reacting to summit headlines. The argument that firms must adopt every new release immediately overstates what one week of diplomacy changes.
