Put an AI governance document on file: upload your own, link to it where it lives, attach one you built in the Governance Builder, or create one now.
Company Directory
List the people on this journey. Import your team from Apollo or add them by hand; your company admin keeps it current.
AI Builders Workshop
Train your first builders: a four-hour live virtual workshop where your team builds real AI workflows and automations they keep. Seats are limited and sold per session.
Submit AI-Built Work
Ship something built with AI and submit it on the site or by email. An editorial panel reviews it and publishes it to your company's private Your Work page.
Request AI-Built Work
Ask for a project worth building: describe it, put an estimated annual value in dollars on it, and list the metrics behind that number. An admin reviews every request before it is listed.
Approved Requested Work
The approved list, open to everyone here: claim a project to build, up to 3 at a time, and mark it complete when it ships. An admin validates every completion.
Employee Scorecard
Watch builders emerge: published work and requested-work activity counted per person in your directory. Published cards and approved requests only, never drafts or attempts.
AI Builder Cohort
Keep your builders building: a weekly one-hour live group session in a small group, working AI into your real work month over month.
Secure AI Builders
Give your builders a sanctioned way in: an API proxy they can call, and development machines they can build on. List either one to get half the step, both to finish it.
Data Access
Point your builders at the data: your lakehouse address, plus the instructions that explain how to connect to it and what the rules are.
AI Builder Tools
The tools your builders are cleared to use, each on its own card with a link and instructions. The step completes with the first tool whose link checks out; add as many as you need.
Your roadmap is private to your company. Only signed-in people on your email domain, and XL.net, can see it. The first person from your company to set up the workspace becomes its admin. Others can request admin access, which any current admin or XL.net can approve.
Answered before you ask
Is it free?
The roadmap itself is free: sign in with your work email, no card, no trial clock. Two of the eleven steps are paid training, booked separately on our AI Builders page: the AI Builders Workshop ($995 for one four-hour session) and the AI Builder Cohort ($495 per month). Every other step works without buying either.
Who can see our data?
Only signed-in people on your company's email domain, and XL.net administrators, who operate and support the service. Company roadmaps never appear in search engines or to other companies.
Why a work email?
Your email domain is what groups your company's workspace: everyone at your domain sees the same roadmap. Personal addresses like gmail.com cannot anchor a company workspace.
What is a company admin?
The person who manages your workspace: governance documents, the directory, and approving admin access for colleagues. The first person to set up the workspace becomes its admin.
How does work get submitted?
Upload a build through the submission form, or email it to Tron from your work address. Emailed submissions count only once your domain signs its mail (DKIM), and the submit step shows you how to check and set that up. An automated editorial panel reviews every submission and publishes only what it can verify.
