Intellect is arguing that the constraint on AI-assisted software work is missing institutional context, not model quality, and that argument holds at every company size. EIN Presswire's account of unchanged transformation timelines and the Tradebrains description of undocumented dependencies point at the same problem, as I read them. A small firm has that problem in miniature: the rules that matter live in one long-tenured employee's head and in code nobody has read in years.

Every performance figure in this story is Intellect's own, covering its own engagements. I would treat the internal deployment count, the shorter cycle times and the effort reduction as vendor claims until a named bank publishes its results.
